Max Marine runs shore-base logistics for drilling, pipeline and marine contractors from Alexandria, Abu Qir, El-Dekheila, Damietta and the Al-Amerya Free Zone, across more than 50,000 m² of owned yards and storage near those ports. Cargo staging, quayside handling, load-outs, back-loads, inventory control, temporary admission and storage can be managed within one base plan.
Where a campaign needs a base outside Max Marine’s existing yards, a project-specific facility can be established around available capacity near the required port. The setup can combine fencing and access control, furnished temporary offices, portable cabins, warehousing, lifting equipment, generators, connectivity and support staff—typically becoming operational within about a month of scope agreement.
The same operating structure has supported Valaris, Saipem and ADES campaigns, connecting yard and warehouse activity with manpower, customs close-out, support vessels, crew movement and urgent procurement as the offshore schedule changes.
