    Privacy Policy

How we handle information submitted through this website, service enquiries and direct communications.

    Last updated: August 2026

    Information we collect

We collect information you provide to us, including contact details, company information, enquiry content and documents needed to review a service request.

    • Name, company, email address and phone number
    • Vessel, cargo, crew, port and operational details
    • Messages, attachments and business correspondence
    • Technical website data such as browser, device, pages viewed, performance measurements and analytics choices
    • With advertising measurement allowed, campaign parameters, landing and submission pages, and Microsoft or Google click identifiers
    How we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, coordinate requested work, maintain records, improve the website and meet legal, safety or contractual requirements.

Processing may be necessary to respond before a contract, perform an agreement, meet an obligation, support legitimate business interests or act on consent where applicable. We do not sell personal information.

    Analytics and website performance

The Google tag loads with analytics storage denied so that your consent choice is applied from the start of a visit. Before analytics is allowed, Google Analytics cookies are not set and Google may receive only limited cookieless consent and measurement signals. Full Google Analytics 4 measurement is enabled only when you allow analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics is used for privacy-first page-use and real-user performance measurement without cookies or cross-site user tracking.

These reports help us understand which pages are useful, identify technical problems and improve website speed and usability. Your Google Analytics choice can be changed through Cookie Preferences.

    Advertising measurement and campaign attribution

If Microsoft Advertising UET is configured, it loads with advertising storage denied and receives that denied consent state before the first tag event. Microsoft can process restricted, cookieless measurement signals in this mode. Full cookie-based UET measurement is enabled only when you allow advertising measurement. A configured Google Ads conversion tag follows the same separate advertising choice.

With that choice allowed, we may keep approved UTM campaign values, landing and submission pages, and Microsoft or Google click identifiers for the current browser-tab session and include them in the enquiry delivered to our operations team. The advertising tags receive the completed-enquiry event and its business context, but not the name, company, email, phone number, message or attachment entered in the form. Microsoft states that UET data can be retained for 390 days. You can withdraw this choice through Cookie Preferences.

    Who may receive information

We share only what is reasonably needed with relevant Max Marine Group companies, technology providers, operational suppliers, contractors, terminals or authorities involved in the request.

Maritime work can involve parties outside your country. Information may therefore be transferred internationally when required to review or deliver the requested service.

When you allow the relevant optional category, Google, Microsoft and their measurement infrastructure may receive the limited analytics or advertising events described above under their own privacy terms.

    Retention and security

Information is kept for as long as needed for the enquiry, service, contractual record, audit, dispute or applicable legal requirement.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed as completely secure.

    Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required.

To make a request, use the contact form and select General Enquiry.

    Cookies, links and policy updates

Cookie and browser-storage use is explained in our Cookie Policy. Third-party links are governed by the policies of those providers.

This business website is not directed to children. We may update this policy and will show the revised date on this page.
