Offshore Logistics & Shore Base Support Max Marine runs shore-base logistics for drilling, pipeline and marine contractors from Alexandria, Abu Qir, El-Dekheila, Damietta and the Al-Amerya Free Zone, across more than 50,000 m² of owned yards and storage near those ports. The scope can include cargo staging, quayside handling, load-outs and back-loads, inventory control, temporary admission and storage within one base plan. Where a campaign needs a base somewhere Max Marine does not already hold yard space, one can be stood up rather than waited for. The group has access to yard capacity beside every major Egyptian port and assembles the base around it — fencing and access control, offices and portable cabins, warehousing, lifting equipment, generators and crews — typically operational within about a month of scope agreement. Contractors get a working base on the timescale of a mobilisation, not a construction project.
