Challenge: Subsea 7's West Nile Delta installation spread, heavy-lift, reel-lay, dive-support and cable-lay vessels, needed agency, clearances, crews and supplies coordinated across multiple Nile Delta gateways.

Max Marine Response: Max Marine attended the fleet, from Seven Borealis to Deep Blue, handling customs, crew logistics, guard boats, supply craft, ROV support and around 60 concurrent rental vehicles.
